At Awfa Intense, we want to ensure you are fully happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with the return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if it meets the following criteria:

  • The return is initiated within 15 days of the original purchase.

  • The product remains unused, unworn, and is still in its original packaging.

  • The item was not purchased as a "Final Sale" or designated as non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with specific shipping instructions within 24 hours.

  3. Send the item back to the provided address using a shipping service that offers tracking.

  4. Once our team receives and inspects the package, we will begin processing your refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please be aware that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction in your account.

4. Exchanges

We provide exchanges for items of equivalent value, depending on current stock levels. To request an exchange, please follow the standard return procedure and specify which item you would like instead.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene standards, underwear cannot be returned. Swimwear is only eligible for return if the original hygiene seal remains unbroken. This policy does not impact your statutory rights regarding defective or faulty items.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please notify us at +92 324 4880795 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, Awfa Intense will provide a prepaid return label. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
